How to use an effective training method for today’s Diverse Population (50m Lecture)

This method of training provides improved results to reach our multi language workforce. Our training instructions today are on word documents and excel files. They start with basic introductions, regulatory requirements and at times many steps to get the job done. How do we know or validate our participants have learned what the teacher taught? From how many diverse backgrounds represent our employees charged with producing products for our customers? Starting with a basic description of a visual training aid, our participants in this session will understand the components of introduction, key steps, the reasons why and photo illustration necessary to convey the request to get the job task done. In today’s environment of verification of training and consistently getting results 100% of the time, we need to empower our employees with information they will understand.

Session Description/Teaser: Today’s diverse workforce needs a simple but effective approach to instructions and training. This presentation will empower our participants to update their current training with photo driven instructions with the reasons why to initiate champion employees to carry out critical tasks on the job.
